PROJECT OBJECTIVES: Enabling unemployed persons to enhance their professional and personal competences through 3-month internship in a working organization abroad to increase their employability

ACTIVITIES: 3-month internship in selected companies, training activites, language course, cultural course, networking and social competences, preparation and follow-up, career development
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 18
RESULTS: Our participants gained 3 months of working experience in an international environment, developed or upgraded their professional skills and competences, learned or perfected a new language, developed intercultural skills, acquired a new network of European friends, practiced an independent lifestyle, boosted their self-confidence and became more active in the society. Some got employed abroad as a result of participating in the project, others learned new skills that increased their employability.
